CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS

According to Ordinance no. 130/2000 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, “The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that they renounce the purchase, without penalties and without invoking any reason, within 14 working days from the receipt of the product.” The notification shall be dated, signed, and sent by you via courier to the address: Bucharest, Humulești Street no.102, postal code 052263. In the situation mentioned above, you will return, within the aforementioned term, the purchased product in its original packaging, without any signs of damage or wear. The shipping expenses will be borne by you. The products must be returned in their original packaging. By opening the individual packages in which the ordered products were delivered means that you agree with these terms of use and that the products are the ones ordered and meet your requirements. SC METAGEMS FACTORY SRL undertakes to refund the customer the amounts collected for the returned products, within a maximum of 14 working days from the date you denounce the contract.

Any conflict that arises between SC METAGEMS FACTORY SRL and customers will be attempted to be resolved amicably through understanding between the two parties. If this is not possible, the Romanian legal provisions in this field will be applied, and the resolution of conflicts is the competence of the Romanian courts.

If any of the above clauses is found to be null or invalid, regardless of cause, this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses. At the time of purchase and placing the order, the customer accepts without objection the conditions and terms of use, their value being the same as a validly concluded contract.

HOW TO PAY

Payment can be made using Cash On Delivery to the courier, or online with a card by following the steps indicated when placing an order.
