Delivery Details

Delivery is available in Romania via courier, GLS, Urgent Cargus, DPD, Fan Courier, Sameday.

Cash on delivery – 24 lei for transport.

Online payment – 20 lei for transport.

Free shipping for orders over 400 lei.

For europe delivery, we would have to talk to our clients in private, since a new law supposes a new VAT tax according to the country in which we ship to.

 

HOW TO PAY

Payment can be made using Cash On Delivery to the courier, or online with a card by following the steps indicated when placing an order.

Online with a bank card through NETOPIA/SHOP PAY (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Shop Pay/Google Pay/Apple Pay).

If you have chosen the 'Online by bank card' payment method, you need to fill out a form with your card information on the payment processor's secure page.

• Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard) are made through the '3D Secure' system developed by organizations that provide online transactions the same level of security as those made at ATMs or in the physical environment, at the merchant. AMEX uses SafeKey, a '3D Secure' service specificaly used for American Express for the same security levels.

• '3D Secure' primarily ensures that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the store's servers or the payment processor's servers, these details being entered directly into the Visa and MasterCard systems.

 

HOW TO PURCHASE

To place an order, you need to select the desired product, click the 'add to cart' button, and then you have two options: "Proceed to checkout" or "View cart". If you opt to finalize the order, you have two options: order using the 'guest account' method, which does not require an account on the site, or choose to create an account on the site. If you would like to continue shopping, ignore the popup window and continue shopping, as your product is already added to your cart (top right corner of the website).

The next step is to fill in the mandatory information (email, address, phone number), which will facilitate billing and shipping under the best conditions. After these details are saved, you will choose the delivery method, to which the shipping cost will be added.

Orders are delivered within 1-5 (depending on the carrier) days throughout the country.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS

According to Ordinance no. 130/2000 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, “The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that they renounce the purchase, without penalties and without invoking any reason, within 14 working days from the receipt of the product.” The notification shall be dated, signed, and sent by you via courier to the address: Bucharest, Humulești Street no.102, postal code 052263. In the situation mentioned above, you will return, within the aforementioned term, the purchased product in its original packaging, without any signs of damage or wear. The shipping expenses will be borne by you. The products must be returned in their original packaging. By opening the individual packages in which the ordered products were delivered means that you agree with these terms of use and that the products are the ones ordered and meet your requirements. SC METAGEMS FACTORY SRL undertakes to refund the customer the amounts collected for the returned products, within a maximum of 14 working days from the date you denounce the contract.

Any conflict that arises between SC METAGEMS FACTORY SRL and customers will be attempted to be resolved amicably through understanding between the two parties. If this is not possible, the Romanian legal provisions in this field will be applied, and the resolution of conflicts is the competence of the Romanian courts.

If any of the above clauses is found to be null or invalid, regardless of cause, this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses. At the time of purchase and placing the order, the customer accepts without objection the conditions and terms of use, their value being the same as a validly concluded contract.
